If you want to keep your users up to date on what’s happening on the platform, you can configure a weekly digest and daily summary email.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins.

Note: Users can override the default settings in their personal notification settings.

Configure weekly digest

1. Go to your platform home page.
2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Weekly Digest and Daily Summary.
3. Select Yes or No for the following settings:
   1. Should Activated Users receive the Weekly Digest by default?
   2. Can Activated Users override the default settings?
   3. Should Pending Users receive the Weekly Digest?
4. Click Save.

Configure daily summary

1. Go to your platform home page.
2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Weekly Digest and Daily Summary.
3. Select Yes or No for the following settings:
   1. Should Activated Users receive the Daily Summary by default?
   2. Can Activated Users override the default settings?
   3. Should Pending Users receive the Daily Summary?
4. Click Save.

Note: If your platform has Terms and Conditions enabled, then pending users will not receive a weekly digest or daily summary email.
