Copy an Idea to another Challenge

If you feel an Idea is suitable for another Challenge, you can copy the Idea from one challenge to another.

Copy an Idea

  1. Open the Idea you want to copy.
  2. Click More Actions and select Move or Copy.
  3. Select Copy as the Action
  4. Choose a Challenge to copy the Idea to.
  5. Select the data to move with the Idea.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select and map existing form fields of the current Challenge to the target Challenge.
  8. Click Confirm.

Tip: You can map content from any field type to another field of any type, multiple fields can be mapped to the same text field, and fields with defined options can be mapped to another field if it includes matching defined options.

Note: If you don’t map an existing form field with a field on the target Challenge, the data will not be copied across.
