Use Jen to RAG-rate all ideas to reduce evaluation time. Cluster ideas by theme to spot patterns and priorities.
About Jen Evaluation
Use Jen to do an initial review of ideas and group them into 3 buckets. You can then easily review these ideas by group and make quick decisions as to which ideas to progress.
- Red (bucket 1): not relevant – the solution does not meet a basic level of relevance given the Challenge description and defined evaluation criteria.
- Amber (bucket 2): relevant – the solution meets some but not all requirements in the Challenge description and defined evaluation criteria.
- Green (bucket 3): most relevant – the solution meets all of the requirements in the Challenge description and defined evaluation criteria.
Who can do this? Site Admins, Managers, Community Admins, and Challenge Managers.
How to use Jen Evaluation
- Navigate to a challenge
- Select More actions
> Jen Evaluation - Choose the stage ideas are in that you wish Jen to evaluate.
- Choose whether or no to include archived and rejected ideas.
- If any ideas in that stage have already been evaluated you can choose to: Skip evaluation; Replace evaluation; perform additional evaluation
- Select Generate evaluation summary
- The Jen Evaluation tab appears on the challenge
- You will receive an email when the evaluation is complete
Reviewing the Jen Evaluation results
- Select the Jen Evaluation tab on the challenge.
- The evaluated ideas will show and you can filter them by Stage, Status or Evaluation Bucket.
- You can choose to expand the information shown for each idea by selecting the down arrow or clicking Expand All. This will display the explanation for Jen’s decision.
- Use the tick boxes to select some or all ideas from a filter.
- Select Make Decision and complete the modal with details about your decision and a message to the idea creators.
- Select Next and then Submit.
