If you need your users to set new passwords, you can reset all user’s passwords on your platform.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins.

Reset all user passwords

1. Go to your platform home page.
2. Select Settings > Manage Users.
3. In the top left select the key icon Reset All Passwords.
4. Select Everyone or a specific user type.
5. Click Reset.

After resetting all user passwords, users will be prompted to set a new password when they try logging in.
