Who can do this? Site Admins and Community Admins

Jen can carry out various admin tasks related to managing communities.

Site Admins and Community Admins can use natural language requests to perform a series of community (both internal and external) admin tasks without having to click into or between configuration screens.

What Jen can do:

• Add a new community, including identifying the communities parent, selecting the type, auto-enrolling users, enabling the ecosystem
• Configure the community home page including generating a banner image for the community home page, selecting the metrics to display and add a home card
• Change the relationship between communities by moving the community to a new parent or make it a top level community
• Configure the home page of the site or community, including the metrics shown, home cards, views, etc
• Add organisations to the the community ecosystem

Examples of Jen requests:

Please add the metric about number of ideas to the community called HR Space

Please add an external community called Partners with a domain of partners and make it a child of my ecosystem community.

Please move Water Partners to top level community

Please add a banner image that represents water scarcity for my Water Partners community home page.
