To join a platform you’ll need to register as an individual or accept an invitation.

Accept an invitation

To join a community or platform you’ve been invited to, you’ll need to accept the invitation email and complete the registration.

  1. Check your inbox for an invitation email.
  2. Click the link in the email.
  3. Enter and confirm your password.
  4. Click Set a password.
  5. Agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  6. Enter any required profile information.
  7. Click Confirm.

Register as an individual

If you haven’t been invited to the platform, you can register to open platforms instead.

  1. Go to a platform login page.
  2. Click Register for a new account.
  3. Enter your email address and a password.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Enter any required information for your personal profile.
  6. Click Create Account. 
  7. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  8. Check your email and enter the code we sent you.
  9. Click Verify code.

You’ll be redirected to the platform home page if the code is correct.
