Challenge managers can choose to configure a challenge page to adjust what is shown in the right hand pane, change defaults and configure the workflow tab. This can be done on a challenge by challenge basis.

Changes can be made directly from the challenge page with inline edits.

How to configure the right pane

Decide which blocks to display and what order they should display.

• Reorder the blocks using the move icon
• Choose whether to remove or display the following:
  • Challenge Sponsors & Challenge Managers: let your contributors know who is driving the challenge plus an option to allow users to contact them directly with questions
  • Metrics: choose which metrics to show
  • Recommendations: decide what recommendations to include and who should see them
  • Attachments: choose whether to show this

How to configure the challenge page

1. From the challenge menu, select Configure page
2. On the modal, make your changes:
   • Default challenge page: choose which tab users will see when they come to the page
   • Workflow: choose what to display on the workflow area
   • Organisation and Experts tab: remove this if not relevant to your challenge or choose who sees it
3. Select Update configuration to save changes.

Note: when you turn off options (ie idea count in workflow), they will be turned off for end users but still visible to admins and Challenge Managers. Click to view end user view to see the configured option.
