Who can do this? Portal Admins

When a full contributor adds an organization to Portal, the organization owner can be invited by a Portal admin to take ownership and manage their organization’s profile.

Invite owners to claim organization

1. Go to your portal.
2. Go to an organization’s profile page
3. Click the more icon (…) in top right
4. Select Invite to claim
5. Add an existing contact/s or external collaborator/s
6. Add a Co-creation community to associate the organization with
7. Edit the custom invite message if you wish
8. Set Reminder if you wish – this will resend the invite message if it has not been accepted.
9. Click Send invite

Tip: Only Portal admins can invite organization owners. Once the owner(s) accept the invitation and complete the sign-up process, they will become the organisation’s profile admin.
