Solvers can ask Challenge-related questions in the Challenge Message Center and receive a response from a Challenge Manager.

• Open the Challenge you’re trying to solve.
• Click the Messages tab.
• Enter your question.
• Click Submit.

Once the Challenge Manager has responded to your question, you will receive a notification.

Messages sent via the challenge message center are not seen by other participants in the challenge – just challenge managers and Admins.

Tip: If you haven’t received a notification, you can always check the Message tab for updates.
