You’ll need to log in to your Solver account to access Innocentive.

Note: If you want to become part of the community, you can create a Solver account.

Log in with your email and password

1. Go to the Challenge Center home page.
2. Click Login or register.
3. Enter your email and password.
4. Click Login.

Troubleshoot log-in issues

If you’re having trouble logging in, try troubleshooting some of the most common issues.

Things to check

If you experience any problems logging in, here are a few things to check:

• Make sure Caps Lock isn’t on.
• Look for spelling errors.
• If you autofill your login credentials, try manually entering your email and password.

You forgot your password

If you’ve forgotten your password you can reset your password to get back in.

1. Click the Login or Register link in the header and then click Reset password.
2. Enter the email address you used when registering as an Innocentive Solver.
3. Click the Reset my password button.
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
5. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
6. Login to the Innocentive Challenge Center platform using your email address and the newly reset password.
