Send an Idea to Jira

When an Idea is ready to be developed, you can send the Idea to Jira.

Note: If you haven’t already, you will need to connect Jira to your platform before you can send ideas to Jira.

Send an Idea to Jira

  1. Open the Idea you want to send to Jira.
  2. Click More actions and select Send to Jira.
  3. Select the project you would like to send this Idea to.
  4. Select a board and (Optional) sprint. Any required fields on the project will also be required here.
  5. Select an issue type for the Idea.
  6. Select what content should be included with the Idea.
  7. (Optional) Select Status Updates to receive updates from Jira.
  8. (Optional) Select Save these settings when moving to the same project and card type in the future.
  9. Click Confirm.
