If you want to change the visibility of organizations at a Community level, you can override the default visibility permissions within a Community.
Who can do this? Site Admins and Community Admins within assigned Communities – on communities that have Allow Organisations enabled.
Override organization profile permissions in a Community
- Go to your Community
- Select Settings > Edit Community.
- On the Registration tab, select Member search settings.
- Under Organization Search, select which user types can view organization profiles.
- Click Save.
Note: Site Admins, Community Admins within assigned Communities, Organization Profile Admins within their associated organization, and Organization members within their associated organization can view an organization profile by default.
