Control who has access to your data and insights by deciding which user groups or individual users can access each analytics report in a Challenge.

Who can do this? Site Admins, Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

Change report visibility by group

If you want to control who a dashboard is visible to by group, you can give access to specific user groups.

1. Go to your Challenge
2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.
3. On the Dashboard tab, select a dashboard from the list.
4. Under Manage access, select which user groups can view the dashboard.
5. Click Save.

When enabled this will add a link to the Report on the right hand side of the challenge page .

Change dashboard visibility by user

If you want to control who a dashboard is visible to individually, you can give access to specific users.

1. Go to your Challenge.
2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.
3. On the Dashboard tab, select a dashboard.
4. Type someone’s name in the search field and then select the user.
5. Click Save.
