Private campaign members can now add private notes to organisations within the private campaign. Notes added are only visible to the members of the campaign in the “Notes” tab on the organisation’s profile. 

Who can do this? Private campaign members.

Add a Private note from a Private campaign

1. Go to Ecosystem
2. Find the Private Campaign that the organisation you want to add a Note to is in 
3. Click on the Add note action on the organisation card
4. Add a note to the modal
5. Click Post

When a member of the private campaign is on the Notes tab in organisation’s profile, they can see only private notes by clicking on the “Show private only” button. 

Tip: Members of a private campaign can see the number of private notes added to an organisation on the organisation’s card in the campaign board.
