Add a rating system to a Challenge

A rating system lets your users vote on Ideas and gives Challenge Managers insight into the crowd’s preferences.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

How to add a rating system

  1. Go to your Challenge.
  2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.
  3. On the Extras tab, click the plus_icon Plus and select Rating system.
  4. Configure the type of rating system, who can see it, and the details shown.
  5. Click Save.

Note: To change the type of rating system used on a live Challenge, click Edit Preference.

Warning: Changing the rating system type on a live Challenge will delete all previously submitted ratings.
