Conversations give users a place to discuss Ideas, Challenges, or any other topics. They can participate in Conversations by posting comments, asking questions, or providing feedback.

Who can do this? Site Admins or and Community Admins.

Create a Conversation

1. Go to your platform home page.
2. In the navigation side bar, click Add and then select Conversation.
3. Select if the Conversation should be created in the main site or in a community.
4. Under Conversation Name, give the Conversation a name.
5. Under Question or topic, describe the Conversation topic.
6. Add an Image if you wish
7. Select if the Conversation should be Open or Private. If Private you can select who can participate.
8. Select any Conversation Managers
9. Enable Comment moderation and moderators if you wish.
10. Click Add Conversation.

Tip: If you created a Conversation by accident or no longer need it, you can delete the Conversation.
