Sometimes you might need to send an Idea back to an earlier stage in the Challenge workflow.

Send back an Idea

1. Open the Idea you want to send back.
2. Click Make decision and in the Decision dropdown select Send back
3. Select the reason for rejecting the Idea.
4. Enter any relevant information to support your reason.
5. (Optional) Select Publish feedback on Update tab.
6. Click Next.

Note: You can’t send an Idea back to a previous stage if the stage is now closed. If you want to send the Idea back, you will need to open the Challenge stage again.
