You can invite Evaluators to evaluate an idea in a particular Challenge or Ideas in a certain category in a Challenge.

Who can do this? Site Admins, Community Admins, Lead Evaluators, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

Invite an Evaluator to an Idea

1. Open the Idea that’s under evaluation.
2. Select Evaluation > Manage evaluators.
3. Click Add evaluators.
4. Enter an existing user’s name and select them from the list, or enter an email address.
5. (Optional) change their role to Lead Evaluator if you want to make them a Lead Evaluator.
6. Type a message to send with their invite notification
7. Click Invite.

Tip: You can also invite an Evaluator when you create a Challenge and configure your workflow stages.
