Create a private comment channel

Private comment channels give you a secure and confidential space for sharing thoughts on Ideas. These private comments are only visible to users of a specific channel.

Create a private comment channel

  1. Go to your Idea.
  2. On the Private messages tab, click Create Channel.
  3. Enter a name for the channel.
  4. Under Members, enter the name or email address of individuals, or the names of a group.
  5. Click Save.
