Welcome to the Wazoku Platform! As a moderator, your job is to ensure Conversations and Ideas stay on point and adhere to relevant terms and conditions. Your platform or community is a great place to share and build on Ideas, and we want to make sure it stays this way.

1. Become a moderator

If you’re assigned as a moderator for a Challenge, Idea, or Conversation, you’ll start to receive notifications for moderation tasks when an Idea or comment is reported.

2. Check for moderation tasks

Once you log in to your account, you’ll want to check your notifications for any moderation tasks. You can also find all ideas and comments awaiting your moderation in Analytics > Reports. Select the relevant moderation report to review and manage ideas or comments that have been flagged for moderation.

3. Moderation basics

If an Idea is reported and you’re a moderator for the Challenge, you can moderate an Idea by deciding whether to remove or keep the reported Idea. If a comment is reported, you can moderate a comment as well.
