Sometimes things can break if you have third-party extensions installed on your browser, or when you have multiple extensions that conflict with each other and may lead to layout or usage issues.
Test extensions in Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the Three Dots in the top-right.
- Select Extensions > Manage Extensions.
- Toggle each extension off.
- Go back to the platform or community where you had an issue.
- Check to see if the issue persists.
Test extensions in Safari
- Open Safari and select Safari > Preferences.
- Select the Extensions tab.
- Uncheck each extension.
- Go back to the platform or community where you had an issue.
- Check to see if the issue persists.
If the issue does not persist after turning off an extension, then it’s likely that there is an extension conflict.
Note: If you have multiple extensions, you might need to re-enable your extensions one by one to find the one causing the conflict.
