Export your user data

You can export all or some of your user data to a secure cloud storage and then download it.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins.

Export user data

  1. Go to your platform home page.
  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Users Export.
  3. Give the export a file name.
  4. Enter the email address you want the export link sent to.
  5. Select the properties to include in the export.
  6. (Optional) Under Filters, select additional data filters.
  7. Click Send Export.
