Sometimes users have similar Ideas and duplicates might be created. To help reduce the number of duplicates, you can automatically display a link to potential duplicate Ideas when users type in the title of their new Idea.
Who can do this? Platform site Admins.
Turn on search for duplicate Ideas
- Go to your platform home page.
- Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Search for Duplicates.
- Under When adding a new idea, select Automatically search and suggest duplicates.
- Click Save.
