Evaluators assigned to a Challenge can evaluate all Ideas in a Challenge or Ideas in a certain category or stage in a Challenge.

Who can do this? Evaluators for assigned Challenges or Ideas.

Note: Depending on your notification settings, you should receive an email and in-app notification when Ideas need your evaluation.  

Complete the evaluation criteria

1. Open the Idea you want to evaluate.
2. Select Evaluation > Submit Evaluation
3. Complete the evaluation form.
4. Click Submit.
5. You can also add comments to the Private Evaluation Comments area below the form. These can only be seen by other Evaluators.

Once you’ve submitted your evaluation, the Lead Evaluator will review each evaluation and submit the final decision for an Idea.
