You can add a custom taxonomy field to a form to categorize Ideas against large amounts of data.

Who can do this? Site Admins and Community Admins with access to the Form Builder.

Note: If you would like a taxonomy field created and added to your Form Builder, please contact your Innovation Consultant or our support team at support@wazoku.com.

Add a taxonomy field to a form

1. Go to your home page.
2. Select Settings > Manage Forms
3. Under Manage Forms, find your form and click Edit.
4. Select the Add a Field tab.
5. Drag and drop the taxonomy field onto your form.
6. Click Save.

Once you’ve added the taxonomy field to a form, you’ll need to upload the taxonomy values to the Challenge form where the field is used.
