Once you've added a taxonomy field to your form, you can upload the values for each taxonomy form field on your Challenge.
Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.
Upload requirements
Before you upload your taxonomy values for a form, make sure that the Excel (.xlsx) file meets the following requirements:
-
Column headers: The column headers in your Excel file should match the column headers for your taxonomy field. (If you don’t know what columns to include, you can download and populate the provided field template.)
- Sheet name: The name of the Excel sheet should match your platform language code. e.g. en-GB
