Survey statuses

Surveys are a Paid Feature. To access paid platform features, please speak to your Innovation Consultant.

After you create and publish a survey, the status lets you know whether or not your survey is open, closed, or pending.

Status	Description
Open	Your survey is open and people can take the survey if you share it with them.
Closed	Your survey is closed and people can't take your survey. If they try to access the survey, they see a closed message.
Pending	People can't take your survey because it’s scheduled and isn't open yet.
