Surveys are a Paid Feature. To access paid platform features, please speak to your Innovation Consultant.
To gather feedback and insights from your preferred audience, you can give them questions to answer by creating a survey.
Who can do this? Platform Site Admins, Managers, Idea Space and Co-creation Community Admins, and Challenge Managers.

Create a survey

Go to the surveys page.

Select Create survey.

On the General tab, enter a survey title and description.

On the Theme tab, customize your survey image and color scheme.

On the Pages tab, build your survey with questions and pages.

On the Schedule tab, schedule your survey, set up an email notification, and add reminders.

Click Publish.
Once you’ve published the survey, you can copy the survey link and share it with your preferred audience.
Tip: You can also create a survey within an Idea Space, Co-creation Community, and Challenge.
Note: When you publish a survey, it will only be available at the specific level you published it. For example, if you published a survey within a Challenge, the survey and dashboard will only be available at the Challenge level.
