Schedule a survey

 

Surveys are a Paid Feature. To access paid platform features, please speak to your Innovation Consultant.

You can schedule your survey if you want to share it on a recurring basis, like every month, and gather data over time.

Who can do this? Platform Site Admins, Managers, Idea Space and Co-creation Community Admins, and Challenge Managers.

Schedule a survey

  1. Go to your survey.

  2. On the Schedule tab, select Schedule.

  3. Under Settings, define the start date, frequency, and duration of your survey.

  4. Click Save.

Note: If you don’t specify a start date your survey will start immediately.

Tip: You can send your survey via email invitation to notify people about your survey, and send a reminder email to nudge them to complete the survey.
