Send your survey via email invitation

 

Surveys are a Paid Feature. To access paid platform features, please speak to your Innovation Consultant.

If you want to let people know about your survey when it’s live, you can send an email invitation to specific users, groups, or imported contacts.

Who can do this? Platform Site Admins, Managers, Idea Space and Co-creation Community Admins, and Challenge Managers.

Send your survey via email invitation

  1. Go to your survey.

  2. On the Schedule tab, select Invite and notify.

  3. Turn on the Invite recipients & send email notifications toggle.

  4. Under Recipients, enter the users or groups to which to send an invitation.

  5. (Optional) Import contacts to invite.

  6. For Subject, enter a compelling email subject line.

  7. For Message, compose your invitation message.

  8. Click Save.

Tip: You can also send a reminder email to give people a nudge to complete your survey.
