      Turn on Challenge teams on a Challenge

       

      If you want to restrict contributors to a single team per Challenge, you can turn on Challenge teams.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

      Turn on Challenge teams

      1. Go to your Challenge.

      2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

      3. On the General tab, select Challenge configuration.

      4. Under Teams, select Challenge teams.

      5. Under Team Agreement, enter the team agreement details.

      6. Click Save.

      Once done your contributors can now form a Challenge team.

      Tip: If you want to allow contributors to belong to multiple teams, you can turn on Idea teams.
