If you want to allow contributors to work as a team on an Idea, you can enable Idea teams for your Challenge.
Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.
Turn on Idea teams

Go to your Challenge.

Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

On the General tab, select Challenge configuration.

Under Teams, select Idea teams.

On the Workflow tab, select a Challenge stage.

Under Stage settings, turn on the Allow teams toggle.

Click Save.
Once done your contributors can now add team members to an Idea.
Tip: If you want to restrict contributors to a single team per Challenge, you can turn on Challenge teams.
