      Save a Challenge as a draft

      If you’re not ready to publish your Challenge just yet, you can save it as a draft and come back to it later.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

      Save a Challenge as a draft

      1. Go to your platform home page.

      2. Select Create > Challenge.

      3. Click Create a blank challenge or clone an existing Challenge.

      4. On the General > Title and description tab, enter a title.

      5. Click Save as Draft.

      Tip: Once you've saved a Challenge as a draft, you can find your saved drafts by going to your profile page or by filtering the Discover page by drafts.

      Note: When you save a draft Challenge, if you remove yourself and assign another individual as the Challenge Manager, you will no longer be able to edit the saved draft. Managers and Idea Space or Co-creation Community Managers can save a draft Challenge, but won’t be able to edit the draft if they’re not the assigned Challenge Manager.
