      Hide other participant's Ideas in a Challenge stage

       

      You can hide Ideas from other participants when they reach a stage in your Challenge workflow.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

      Hide other participant's Ideas in a Challenge stage

      1. Go to your Challenge.

      2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

      3. On the Workflow tab, select a stage.

      4. Under Stage settings, turn on the Hide other participants Ideas toggle.

      5. Click Save.

      Note: Platform site Admins and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges can see all Ideas in the Challenge, even if this setting is turned on. Evaluators can also see hidden Ideas if they’re assigned to evaluate the Idea.
