      Configure anonymous Ideas

      Choose whether or not users can publish Ideas anonymously. Some users value privacy and might want to keep their identity hidden from other users.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins.

      Turn on anonymous Ideas

      1. Go to your platform home page.

      2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Anonymity.

      3. Under Configure the anonymity feature, select Allow users to publish ideas as anonymous users.

      4. Click Save.

      Note: People who post an Idea anonymously will still earn gamification points, however, the earned points won't be associated with a specific activity. 

      Warning: If you turn off the anonymity feature, all anonymous users will be revealed on their ideas.
