      Create a private comment channel

      Private comment channels give you a secure and confidential space for sharing thoughts on Ideas. These private comments are only visible to users of a specific channel.

      Create a private comment channel

      1. Go to your Idea.

      2. On the Private Comment Channels tab, click Create Channel.

      3. Enter a name for the channel.

      4. Click Save.

      5. Under Manage Manage, enter the name or email address of individuals, or the names of a group.

      6. Click Confirm.
