      Turn on comment moderation

      Comment moderation lets you moderate the comments that are added to Ideas in Challenges. This helps to make sure comments are on point and follow your terms and conditions.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

      Turn on comment moderation

      1. Go to your Challenge.

      2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

      3. On the General tab, select Roles.

      4. Under Moderators, turn on the For comments toggle. 

      5. Click Save.

      Once you've turned on comment moderation you'll want to assign Comment Moderators to a Challenge. 

      Tip: If you want your Challenge Managers to default as Comment Moderators, turn on the Add Challenge Managers as moderators toggle.
