      Moderate a comment

      If a comment is reported and you’re a moderator for the Challenge, you can decide whether to hide or keep the reported comment.  This moderation helps to ensure comments are on point and adhere to your terms and conditions.

      Moderate a reported comment

      1. Go to the reported comment.

      2. Click the Gear next to the comment.

      3. Under Decision, select to approve or hide the comment.

      4. (Optional) Click Edit, enter the reason for your decision, and click Save.

      5. Click Confirm.

      6. Under Message to Commenters and Message to Reporters, enter the reason for your decision.

      7. (Optional) Click Continue without sending messages.

      8. Click Send Messages.

      Note: Admins and Managers can moderate comments by default, and if a comment has been reported and accepted by a moderator, it can't be reported again unless edited. A comment will remain reported until a moderator makes a decision.

      Note: When a comment is reported, Moderators will receive an email and a new task will show in their task notifications.
