Having the right information where it's needed is essential for driving efficient innovation. To support this, Jen can suggest relevant Organisations already on your platform based on specific content. If you'd like to recommend Organisations to users exploring your Challenge or its Ideas, you can enable and customize Organisation recommendations. In this case, Jen showcases the content without the need of a user asking for it! You can read this article to know more About Jen.
Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.
Recommend organisations for the Challenge

Go to your Challenge.

Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

On the Extras tab, click the + Plus and select Organisation Recommendations.

Turn on the Enable recommendations toggle.

Turn on the Organisation to Challenge recommendations toggle.

Click Save.
Recommend organisations for the Ideas in the Challenge

Go to your Challenge.

Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

On the Extras tab, click the + Plus and select Organisation Recommendations.

Turn on the Enable recommendations toggle.

Turn on the Organisation to Idea recommendations toggle.

Click Save.
Note: Recommended organisations are not visible to Limited Contributors. The recommended organisations are picked from your Portal, if there are no recommendations for a Challenge or Idea, the panel will not show.
