Ask a question in the Challenge Message Center

 

Solvers can ask Challenge-related questions in the Challenge Message Center and receive a response from a Challenge Manager.

  1. Open the Challenge you’re trying to solve.

  2. Click the Messages tab.

  3. Enter your question.

  4. Click Submit.

Once the Challenge Manager has responded to your question, you will receive a notification.

Tip: If you haven't received a notification, you can always check the Message tab for updates.
