Here you can manage redemption requests and define redemption periods and the minimum and maximum points to be redeemed each period.

Using redemption allows users to redeem their points for whatever prizes you prefer so it gives users an extra incentive to participate.

Who can do this? Site Admins, Gamification Managers

How to manage redemption requests

1. Navigate to Set up Gamification from the setting cog
2. Select Redemption from the dropdown menu in top left corner
3. Select the Requests tab
4. Here you will see redemption requests from users, how many points they have and how many they are requesting to redeem.
5. Select the user and then Make Decision to redeem the points

How to manage redemption period

1. Navigate to Set up Gamification from the setting cog
2. Select Redemption from the dropdown menu in top left corner
3. Select the Periods tab
4. Toggle on Enable redemption
5. In the Redemption period box select the frequency, start date and Redemption period (in days)
6. In the Redemption points box define the minimum and maximum points to be redeemed each period.
7. Select Save changes.
