About Profile Fields

Every user has a Profile and profile page. By default, there is a standard list of Profile fields. You can request to edit or choose additional fields to be included on user profiles.

If using SSO, profile data from your Active Directory can be passed through SSO to populate profile fields. Please let us know if you wish to map any SSO fields to profile fields.

The platform can also create smart groups based on profile information (such as department, office location, country).   

Customising Profile Fields

For further personalisation of profile fields, please email support@wazoku.com with details of requested changes.

Please provide the following detail for each new profile field:   

• Profile field label 

• Field type (e.g single line text, drop-down, checkbox, radio button). We need value options for drop-down list, radio button or checkboxes.  

• Field visibility (whether this is private to Admins or visible to all platform users) 

• Whether the field is required. 

Please also provide answers to the following: 

• The order of the profile fields on the profile page.  

• Is this a site wide form or just for a particular external community?
