Manage pending users

 

If a user has registered or been invited to the platform but has not yet activated their account, they’re shown as a pending user.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins.

Resend a user invitation

If a user can't find their invitation email, you can resend an invitation to the pending user.

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Users > Manage Pending Users.

  3. Select which users to resend invitations to.

  4. Click Resend Invitations.

  5. (Optional) Click Resend All Invitations to resend an invitation to all pending users.

Note: For security reasons, this email contains a link that will expire after 24 hours. However, you can follow the same steps to receive a new link if it has expired.

Sending a message to a pending user

If needed, you can send a custom email to pending users, such as asking them if they received the invitation email.

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Users > Manage Pending Users.

  3. Select which users to send a message to.

  4. Click Send Message.

  5. Enter a subject and your message.

  6. Click Send.

Remove a pending users

If you want to remove pending users, please contact our support team at support@wazoku.com with a list of the email addresses to be removed.
