Manage access to your platform

Control how users can access your platform, such as having it open to all, invite-only, or restricted to certain domains.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins.

Access levels

  • Open: Anyone can access the platform.

  • Closed: Only invited users can access the platform.

  • Limited by domain: Only users with an email address for the selected domains can access the platform.

  • SSO: Users can access the platform using their SSO credentials.

Note: Single Sign-On is only available if it’s enabled and configured by your Customer Success Manager.

Set your access preference

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Access Management.

  3. Under Access Level, choose your preferred access level.

Note: Any changes you make will be saved automatically.
