What to expect if you’re leaving us


If your contract with Wazoku has come to an end, we’ll perform the following actions:

  • Platform Managers will be informed by email that your contract has come to an end.

  • Your Wazoku platform will be locked and users will no longer be able to access it.

  • We will delete any scheduled exports from the platform.

  • We can provide a full database export of all platform data if requested.

  • Once the database export has been provided the platform will be deleted, or if no database export was requested the platform will be deleted 30 days after it is locked. 

Note: To obtain a database export of all data from the locked platform, please raise a support ticket to support@wazoku.com. You have 30 days from the site closure date to request this export.
