You can assign a dashboard Designer by adding them to the Designer Licenses group. Designers can create, design, and edit their dashboards in Advanced Analytics.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins.

Assign a dashboard Designer

1. Go to your platform home page.
2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Groups.
3. Click Edit on the Designer Licenses group.
4. Enter an existing user’s name or email address and select them from the list.
5. Click Save.

The selected user will now have Designer permissions and can create a dashboard.

Tip: You can create a Designer Licenses group if you don’t see one when you manage your user groups.
