Send a custom message to Idea Space members

If you need to send a message to multiple people at once, you can send a custom group message to all your Idea Space members or Admins.

Send a custom message

1. Go to your Idea Space.

2. Click Manage and select Manage Members.

3. On the Send Custom Message tab, under Group, select a member group.

4. Under Subject, enter the subject line.

5. Under Message, type your message.

6. Click Submit.
