Invite new members to your Idea Space

Invite members to your Idea Space to collaborate on Ideas and Challenges together in one place.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins and Idea Space Admins.

Send an invite

  1. Go to your Idea Space.

  2. Click Manage and select Manage Members.

  3. Under Individuals, select Invite to the Idea Space.

  4. Enter an existing user's name and select them from the list, or enter an email address.

  5. (Optional) Select Send invite notifications.

  6. Type in a personalized invitation message.

  7. Click Invite.

If an invited user is already part of your platform, they’ll automatically have access to the Idea Space. If they’re not an existing user, they’ll receive the invitation email and will need to create a new account.

Tip: If you have a lot of members, you can invite them all at once by selecting Import CSV.
