Manage pending member requests

If a user requests to join your Idea Space, you can choose to accept or decline their request.

Accept a pending request

1. Go to your Idea Space.

2. Click Manage and select Manage Members.

3. On the Pending Requests tab, select Accept next to the request you’d like to accept.

4. Click Submit.

If you accept a request, the requester will receive an email notification and can now access the Idea Space.

Decline a pending request

1. Go to your Idea Space.

2. Click Manage and select Manage Members.

3. On the Pending Requests tab, select Decline next to the request you’d like to decline.

4. Click Submit.
