Surveys are a Paid Feature. To access paid platform features, please speak to your Innovation Consultant.
When someone opens your active survey from the link you shared, they’ll see a welcome message. You can customize this message to briefly explain the topic and purpose of the survey.
Who can do this? Platform Site Admins, Managers, Idea Space and Co-creation Community Admins, and Challenge Managers.
Customize survey welcome message

Go to your survey.

Click the
Three Dots next to the survey and select Edit survey. -
On the Pages tab, select the Welcome page.

For Title, enter a short welcome message.

For Subtitle, enter a brief introduction for your survey.

Click Save.
Tip: You can also customize the survey thank you message.
